REGISTRATION CHECKLIST
For Newly Admitted
GRADUATE & POST BAC STUDENTS


Tuition is due approximately one week after classes begin each semester.

If you wait until the deadline to start this process there could be delays in processing your registration. For a complete list of critical dates and deadlines for UF EDGE, continue to this page.

Instructions

  1. Create your gatorlink ID and password using your 8 digit UF ID http://www.gatorlink.ufl.edu. If you do not know your UF ID go to http://www.it.ufl.edu/ufid/wmufid.html.

  2. Check the UF EDGE website to see what course(s) you want to pre-register for. Go to http://www.ufedge.ufl.edu and click at the top of the page Courses. In the course list, you can click on the name for a description, a link to the bookstore so you can check to see if a book is required and a syllabus if one has been submitted by the faculty member. If you click on the name of the Instructor, you will find contact information for him/her.

    You can also see the brochure for your program by clicking on either online graduate degree programs or online graduate certificates.

  3. Submit the UF EDGE Pre-registration form by going to http://www.ufedge.ufl.edu/students/register.php NOTE: Submitting the pre-registration form is not your final step.

  4. Once you have submitted the pre-registration form, you will receive an email at both addresses you put on the form. The email will provide you with the section numbers and tips on registering in ISIS. It is important that you read it completely.

  5. Official Registration: wait 48 hours before you try to log into ISIS (Integrated Student Information System) to register http://www.isis.ufl.edu. You will only be allowed to register for the courses you put on your pre-registration form.

  6. If you change your mind about your course selection you will need to submit the Drop/Add form. http://www.ufedge.ufl.edu/adddrop/login.php.

  7. Finally, submit the proctor information form. If you do not have a proctor designated you will not be able to take your exams. http://www.ufedge.ufl.edu/proctor/login.php

  8. If you have followed all of these instructions and still cannot register, you should send an email to Ruth Bryant rbrya@eng.ufl.edu for faster service, please include your UF ID, phone number and detailed information giving the error message that you received.
